How Does It Work?

The mat consists of two connected panels: an upper panel with an extended head section (189 × 84.5cm) and a lower main panel (159.5 × 84.5cm). Together they contain 2,570 LED units — one 660nm red light chip and one 850nm near-infrared chips — totalling 5,140 individual light chips. Red light at 660nm is absorbed primarily at the skin and superficial tissue layer, while near-infrared light at 850nm has a longer wavelength and penetrates further into deeper tissue; this difference in penetration depth is a property of the wavelengths themselves, not a claim about outcome. Peak output is 200W across both panels, adjustable across five power levels: P1 (73.5W), P2 (104.3W), P3 (128.7W), P4 (161.6W), and P5 (257W). Three operating modes are available — constant light, 10Hz pulse, and 40Hz pulse — selected via the included controller, which also sets the timer to 5, 10, 20, 25, or 30 minutes with automatic shut-off. A transparent, oil-resistant protective cover sits over the LED surface on both panels, isolating it from sweat and skin oils during use.
